AYASULTAN HOTEL, Istanbul – A Smart Stay in the City

The hotel had rooms that were smaller than expected, and the breakfast could have been more varied for the price paid. On the bright side, the helpful staff made our stay even more pleasant by going above and beyond to assist us. The location was perfect, although some taxi drivers had difficulty finding it. The dining options were a bit limited, but the breakfast hours allowed for a leisurely meal. Overall, a decent value for the money.

The hotel is located in the heart of the old city, making it easy to access all the main tourist spots within minutes on foot. The rooms in the annex building were very small, slightly noisy, and lacked dark curtains to keep out the sunlight. The service was helpful and polite, though morning preparations could get a bit loud. The dining options were limited, and guests had issues with food availability during breakfast hours.

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel overall. The rooms were bigger than expected and clean, although a bit small for a 3-bed room. The staff was helpful and accommodating, especially in arranging transport to and from the airport. The location was convenient, with many tourist attractions within walking distance, but finding a taxi could be challenging at times. The dining experience was decent, with a good variety at breakfast. However, the rooms looked much bigger in the pictures online, which was a bit misleading.

My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms, although quite small and shabby in the annexe building, still provided a nice atmosphere. The service, led by Mrs Rabia, was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The location was fantastic, right at the center of Sultanahmet, but could feel crowded at times. The dining experience had its highs and lows, with good food but limited options. Overall, it was a decent stay with some room for improvement.
